Abstract: The emergence of shared parking provides new ideas to solve the problem of urban parking,and it has gradually become the research focus for domestic and foreign experts.In order to further study the choices of urban residents on shared parking spaces,aquantitative analysis of the influencing factors of the choices of parking spaces is made and a Logit model for discrete choices on shared parking spaces is built in this paper.The model test shows that parking rate,walking distance after parking,parking information,and convenience of parking lots have significant effect on parking decisions.

摘要： 停车共享泊位的出现为解决城市停车问题提供了新思路,"停车共享"也渐渐成为国内外专家学者研究的重点。为进一步研究城市居民停车共享泊位选择情况,文中对停车泊位选择影响因素进行定量分析,并建立共享泊位离散选择Logit模型。经检验,停车费率、停车后步行距离、停车信息、停车场使用方便程度对停车者停车决策有显著影响。
