邢台市百泉泉域持续复涌关键因素分析

Abstract: With the development of industrial and agricultural production and the increasing exploitation of groundwater, the Baiquan River in Xingtai has been shut down since the 1980s. In recent years, through a variety of measures to comprehensively control over-exploitation of groundwater and water ecological protection and restoration, the Baiquan Spring area has emerged one after another. To ensure the continued revival of Baiquan, the key problems such as the causes of the water cut-off in Baiquan Spring Basin, the causes of successive re-gushing, the over-exploitation of groundwater, the insufficient guarantee of re-gushing and the insufficient emergency measures are analyzed, meanwhile, the necessity and key measures for the continuous reswelling of Baiquan Spring area are put forward, which provides a scientific basis for formulating the goal and option of the sustainable re-gushing of Baiquan Spring area.

摘要: 随着工农业生产的发展以及地下水开采的日益增加,历史悠久的邢台市百泉泉域自20世纪80年代发生断流,近年来,通过多种措施综合治理地下水超采和水生态保护修复,百泉泉域出现相继复涌。为保障百泉泉域持续复涌,文中通过对百泉泉域断流成因、历次复涌原因、复涌后的地下水超采、保障不足、应急措施不够等关键问题进行了分析,并提出百泉泉域持续复涌治理的必要性和关键措施,为合理制定百泉泉域持续复涌工作的目标及方案提供科学依据。
