Abstract: In order to actively implement the overall deployment of the “Action Plan for Carbon Peak before 2030” issued by the State Council, the use of prefabricated steel structure construction technology system to replace traditional reinforced concrete construction technology system has great advantages in saving highly polluting cement materials, reducing construction process pollution, and reducing carbon and energy conservation.With the rapid development of civil and public buildings, relying on the distribution rooms in residential areas, research has been conducted on the production and installation technology of prefabricated steel structure flat steel pipe columns and concrete pouring technology. By analyzing the difficulties in the production and installation of rectangular flat pipe columns, targeted design has been made for the rectangular flat pipe column production and installation control plan, which includes production control points, welding stress relief measures, and production and installation guarantee measures.In response to the difficulties in controlling the compactness of concrete pouring, a construction plan for rectangular flat pipe column concrete pouring has been formed, including a construction technology desktop meeting and technical disclosure system, the concrete pouring process flow, and the main standards for quality control of steel column core pouring concrete.The system scheme formed by this study can be used to guide the production, installation, and concrete pouring construction of prefabricated steel structure rectangular flat pipe columns. It has achieved great results in the construction of residential distribution rooms and can be promoted and applied to civil residential and public buildings. It provides guidance for design and construction personnel, and has advantages such as shortening construction cycles, saving materials, and improving construction quality, especially in terms of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

摘要: 为积极贯彻落实国务院印发《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》总体部署,采用装配式钢结构建筑施工技术体系替代传统钢筋混凝土施工技术体系,在节约高污染的水泥材料、降低施工过程污染以及降碳节能等方面具有极大优势。随着民用和公共建筑的快速发展,以民用建筑小区配电室为依托,研究装配式钢结构扁钢管柱制作安装技术和混凝土浇筑技术,通过分析矩形扁管柱制作安装难点,针对性的设计出矩形扁管柱制作胎架,形成了矩形扁管柱制作安装控制方案。针对混凝土浇筑密实度控制难点,形成了矩形扁管柱混凝土浇筑施工方案。该研究形成的系统方案,可用于指导装配式钢结构矩形扁管柱的制作安装和混凝土浇筑施工,在小区配电室施工中取得了巨大成果,可推广应用到民用住宅楼和公共建筑中,为设计施工人员提供指导。具有缩短施工周期、节约材料和提高施工质量等优点,特别在节能降碳方面具有积极意义。
