Abstract: Taking safety management measures and pre controlling safety risks are effective ways to improve project safety management. Safe construction work ticket is one of the main measures for project safety management. It is a targeted form for implementing project construction work permit, construction safety disclosure and various safety measures, and can effectively prevent safety accidents. This paper focuses on the practice of a general contracting enterprise in the petrochemical industry in the general contracting of electric power construction projects in the electric power survey and design industry, combs the relevant national and industrial standards and regulations, and objectively summarizes the safety management practice of safe construction work tickets in electric power engineering construction projects.

摘要： 安全施工作业票是项目安全管理诸多措施中的一项主要措施,是实施项目施工作业许可、落实施工安全交底和各项安全措施的具有针对性的一种形式,可以有效预防安全事故。文中通过以某电力勘测设计行业工程总承包企业在总承包的石化行业电力建设工程项目实践为重点,梳理国家和行业有关标准和规定,对安全施工作业票在电力工程建设项目安全管理实践进行了总结。
