Abstract: Through “Great Wisdom Propelling Clouds”,modern communication technology, Internet technology and information management technology, the operation management information system of farmland water conservancy projects covering the whole province of Hebei Province is developed, which can effectively realize the statistical analysis of agricultural irrigation water consumption and the calculation of effective utilization coefficient of agricultural irrigation water in the whole province, improve the management level of farmland water conservancy projects, and give play to the guiding role of irrigation prediction results in rational irrigation, and promote the efficient implementation of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price, which provides technical support and means for the information management of farmland and water conservancy in Hebei Province.

摘要: 利用“大智移云”,通过现代通讯技术、互联网技术和信息管理技术,研发了覆盖河北省全省的农田水利工程运行管理信息系统,可有效实现全省农业灌溉用水量的统计分析与全省农业灌溉水有效利用系数测算,提升农田水利工程管理水平,发挥灌溉预报预测结果对合理灌溉的指导作用,推动农业水价综合改革工作高效开展,为河北省农田水利信息化管理提供技术支撑和手段。
