Abstract: The tipping bucket rain gauge equipped with intelligent rainfall measurement and control
terminal realizes the automatic rainfall measurement and report function of automatic data acquisition,storage,remote transmission,display,control and alarm.Sanhe Station first used this equipment to observe rainfall in 1992.Through years of observation and application,it shows that the equipment has the characteristics of exquisite structure design,less equipment cost,low operation cost,large data storage capacity,fast information transmission,easy management and wide application.In this paper,the error data of 174times of daily rainfall measured by bucket rain gauge and manual observation in five typical years of Sanhe Station in 2012,2017,2018,2019and 2020are statistically analyzed.The results show that the operation of the bucket rain gauge in Sanhe Station is stable,the observation accuracy is high,and the observation error is less than 4%,in line with the requirements of The Specification for Precipitation Observation(SL21-2015).

摘要: 翻斗雨量计搭载降雨量智能测控终端机实现了数据自动采集、存储、远传、显示及控制、报警一体化的雨量自动测报功能。三河站于1992年开始使用该设备观测雨量,多年的观测实践,充分体现了该设备结构设计精巧、运行费用低、数据存储容量大、信息传输快捷、便于管理的特点。文中对三河站2012年、2017年、2018年、2019年、2020年5个典型年总共174次翻斗雨量计测记的日雨量与人工观测的日雨量的误差数据进行了统计分析,结果表明三河站翻斗雨量计观测雨量的运行稳定、观测精度高,观测误差在±4%以内,符合《降水量观测规范》(SL21-2015)规定要求。
