Abstract: How to ensure the reality,integrity and aboriginality of project files is the attentive problem for the project construction and management units.Because the file management of linear water conservancy project has the characteristics such as long period,more kinds,large quantity and variability,higher requirements are put forward to the file management of water conservancy project.Taking the Yellow River-to-Baiyangdian Water Transfer Project as an example,according to the characteristics of linear water conservancy project and the problems in project file management,this paper discusses on how to do well the file management of large water conservancy projects and puts forward the suggestions.
