摘要： 通过规范安装程序,改进监控方式,在需要观察部位的外壳上加装工业视频监控系统,利用工业摄像头辅助检测设备内部状态,以达到直接确认设备状态的效果;同时,加强设备安装过程控制,从技术和技能两方面加强管理,规范设备安装过程中操作流程和施工记录要求,为运行操作人员提供了直接的判断依据,减少了防止因元器件老化、损坏造成误操作事故,保护了人员和设备安全,也为设备安全运行提供了保障。

Abstract: By standardizing the installation procedures and improving the monitoring mode,the industrial video monitoring system is installed on the shell of the parts to be observed.By using the industrial camera to assist in detecting the internal state of the equipment,the equipment status is directly confirmed.At the same time,the control of the equipment installation process is strengthened from two aspects of technology and skills,and the operation process and construction recordrequirementsduring the equipment installation process are standardized.It provides direct judgment basis for operators,reduces the misoperation accidents caused by aging and damage of components,ensures the safety of personnel and equipment,and provides guarantee for safe operation of equipment.
