摘要： 当前,发展装配式建筑已成为我国的一项基本国策,全国掀起了推广装配式建筑的热潮。但是由于受到技术、市场等因素的限制,我国中小城市广泛存在着装配化程度低、建设规模小等问题。以沧州地区为例,在筛选出制约该地区装配式建筑发展影响因素的基础上,应用DEMATEL模型对这些影响因素进行定量分析,识别出关键影响因素,最后针对各关键影响因素提出推动中小城市装配式建筑发展的建议措施。

Abstract: At present，the development of prefabricated buildings has become a basic national policy in China，and there has been a surge in promoting prefabricated buildings across the country.However，due to the limitations of technology，market and other factors，problems such as low degree of assembly and small scale of construction exist widely in small and medium-sized cities.Taking the Cangzhou area as an example，the article uses the DEMATEL model to quantitatively analyze these factors based on screening out the factors affecting the development of prefabricated buildings in the area and identifies the key factors.Finally，according to the key influencing factors，measures to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in small and medium cities are proposed.
