河北省某电子科技企业水平衡测试及节水分析

摘要： 河北省水资源短缺,淡水资源匮乏,人均用水量低于国际公认水平。工业企业用水量大且集中,进行节水改造能有效节约水资源。为了改进企业用水方式,做到科学、合理、有计划、有重点的用水,提高水的利用率,避免水资源的浪费,利用水平衡测试的方式对河北省某电子科技企业用水情况进行科学分析,全面了解该企业管网状况,各部位(单元)用水现状,挖掘用水潜力,提出合理化建议,提高企业用水重复利用效率,达到加强用水管理,提高合理用水水平的目的,节约社会的整体水资源,为相关的电子科技企业进行节水改造提供依据。

Abstract: Hebei Province is short of water resources and freshwater resources, with per capita water consumption lower than internationally recognized levels. Industrial enterprises use a large and concentrated amount of water, and water-saving transformation can effectively save water resources. In order to improve the water use methods of enterprises, achieve scientific, reasonable, planned, and focused water use, improve water utilization efficiency, and avoid water resource waste, this article uses water balance testing to scientifically analyze the water use situation of an electronic technology enterprise in Hebei Province, comprehensively understand the pipeline network status of the enterprise, the current water use status of various parts(units), tap the potential of water use, propose reasonable suggestions, and improve the reuse rate of water use in the enterprise, to achieve the goal of strengthening water management, improving reasonable water use levels, saving the overall water resources of society, and providing a basis for relevant electronic technology enterprises to carry out water-saving transformation.
