太行山中部山区小流域洪涝灾害分析评价

摘要: 2021年10月,太行山中部连续多日遭强降雨侵袭,多地发生洪涝、泥石流等自然灾害。通过对山洪防治区实地勘测,依据《山洪灾害分析评价技术要求》及《山洪灾害分析评价方法指南》,结合无资料地区小流域水文分析方法,对山洪灾害防治区典型沿河村落设计洪水等分析计算,评价其现状防洪能力,确定了不同危险等级所对应的危险区域并绘制风险图。根据流域模型法综合确定了不同前期降雨下区域雨量预警指标,为该区域山洪灾害防御预案的编制及灾害防治工作提供一定的技术支撑。

Abstract: In October 2021, the central part of Taihang Mountain was hit by heavy rainfall for several consecutive days, and natural disasters such as floods and mudslides occurred in many places. This article evaluates the current flood control capacity of typical riverside villages in the mountain flood prevention and control area through on-site survey, based on the “Technical Requirements for Analysis and Evaluation of Mountain Flood Disasters” and the “Guidelines for Analysis and Evaluation of Mountain Flood Disasters”, combined with the hydrological analysis method of small watersheds in areas without data, and by analyzing and calculating the design flood of typical riverside villages in the mountain flood prevention and control area, the corresponding hazardous areas with different hazard levels are determined and risk maps are drawn. Based on the watershed model method, the regional rainfall warning indicators under different early rainfall conditions were comprehensively determined, providing certain technical support for the preparation of mountain flood disaster prevention plans and disaster prevention and control work in the region.
