2019年版绿色建筑评价标准电气条文解析

摘要： 2019年版绿色建筑评价标准较上版在评价内容、评价等级、计分方式、条文数量等方面有很大变化,受上版标准影响及标准刚开始实施原因等,标准在执行过程中让使用者有很多困惑之处。笔者依据评审经验对2019年版绿色建筑评价标准中28项涉及电气专业的条款进行归纳整理、分析研究,便于绿色建筑电气专业设计咨询。

Abstract: Compared with the previous versions of the green building standard,there are great changes in the evaluation content,evaluation grade,scoring method,number of articles,etc.,in the new version. Due to the influence of the previous version and the short time of implementation of the 2019edition,there are some confusions in the implementation for users.Based on the evaluation experience,the author summarizes,analyzes and studies the 28items related to electrical specialty in the 2019edition of green building evaluation standard,so as to facilitate the design consultation of green building electrical specialty.
