水文缆道自动清洁涂油器的设计及研究

摘要: 针对水文缆道人工上油历时久、上油不均和高空作业易造成意外人身伤害等问题,设计了一款水文缆道自动清洁涂油器,文中介绍了其设计背景、设计原理、各装置的结构设计及安装使用方法,并结合试运行情况,总结了该清洁涂油器的主要优点,经实践检验符合设计要求。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of long-time artificial oiling,uneven oiling and accidental personal injury caused by high altitude operation,an automatic cleaning oiler for hydrologic cableway is designed.This paper introduces its design background,design principle,structure design and installation method.Combined with the trial operation,the main advantages of the oiler are summarized.It is proved to meet the design requirements by practice.
