汽车减速器密封件涂胶工作台结构设计

Structural Design of the Adhesive Coating Workbench for Automotive Reducer Seals

摘要: 文中介绍了一种减速器密封件涂胶工作台的结构设计流程,通过自动涂胶代替手动涂胶解决汽车减速器漏油问题;对工作台结构进行计算和有限元分析,通过传感器和气缸的配合,利用气缸压实涂胶的密封件,由电动机带动工件完成涂胶。结果表明:该工作台能够自动完成工件的涂胶和压实工作,不仅能够满足使用要求,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,而且极大地提高了涂胶效率和涂胶品质。

Abstract: Based on the sealing effect and service life of automotive reducers, this article introduces the structural design process of a gearbox sealing component gluing workbench, which solves the problem of oil leakage in automotive reducers by replacing manual gluing with automatic gluing. Perform calculations and finite element analysis on the structure of the workbench, utilize the combination of sensors and cylinders, drive the workpiece by an electric motor to complete the gluing process, and use cylinders to compact the sealing components of the gluing process. The results indicate that the designed workbench can complete the gluing and compaction work of the workpiece, meeting the requirements for use.The use of automatic gluing instead of manual gluing greatly improves efficiency and construction quality, while reducing the labor intensity of workers.
