6016铝合金薄板激光焊接温度场测量研究

Study on Temperature Field Measurement of Laser Welding of 6016 Aluminum Alloy Sheet

摘要: 激光焊接是一种利用高能量密度激光束作为热源实现高效精密焊接的加工工艺,激光焊接温度场决定焊缝合金元素含量、晶粒尺寸大小以及成型性等情况,控制焊接过程温度场,选定合理的焊接参数可以有效改进激光焊接质量。文中针对光纤激光实现6016铝合金薄板的焊接过程,采用热电偶测温对6016铝合金激光焊接焊缝进行监测,探究激光焊接温度场对焊缝区的影响及规律,以及如何选定合理的焊接参数,研究成果对于铝合金薄板激光焊接工艺的制定具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: Laser welding is an advanced fusion welding process that uses a high-energy density laser beam as a heat source for efficient and precise welding. The temperature field of laser welding determines the alloy element content, grain size, and formability and other properties. The control of the welding temperature field and selecting reasonable welding parameters can effectively improve the quality of laser welding. This study uses fiber laser to realize the welding of 6016 aluminum alloy thin plates,and observes the laser welding weld seam of 6016 aluminum alloy by thermocouple temperature measurement to study the influence and law of the laser welding seam temperature field on the weld zone and to select reasonable welding parameters, which can guide the formulation of aluminum alloy thin plate laser welding process.
