电加热烘干房模型内气体流动与传热的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Air Flow and Heat Transfer in Electric Heating Drying Room Model

摘要: 文中利用数值模拟研究的方法对烘干房模型内部瞬时流场和温度场进行了分析。搭建了PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)烘干房模型实验装置,获取了典型位置处的温度数据,基于所获取的温度数据验证了Airpak数值模拟结果的可靠性。研究发现PTC横向平行摆放模型中在送风口风速和风温为2m/s、20℃情况下,PTC基板温度达到了208℃,格栅处温度达到了60℃,烘干房内部大部分位置风速达到了0.8m/s。通过温度场及速度场的对比确定了PTC的最佳排列方式为横向平行排列。

Abstract: In this paper, the instantaneous flow field and temperature field in the drying room model are analyzed by using the method of numerical simulation. The PTC drying room model experimental device is built, and the temperature data at typical locations are obtained. Based on the obtained temperature data, the reliability of Airpak numerical simulation results is verified. On this basis, by changing the placement position of PTC, it is found that the temperature of PTC substrate in staggered placement, longitudinal parallel placement and transverse parallel placement models reaches 199℃, 206℃ and 208℃ respectively, and the temperature at the grid is 57℃, 53℃ and 60℃ respectively. Through the comparison of temperature field and velocity field, it is determined that the best arrangement of PTC is horizontal parallel arrangement.
