漆渣螺旋挤压脱水机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Screw Extruder for Paint Slag

摘要: 为降低漆渣含水率,研制出一种螺旋挤压机,提出了应用挤压法处理含水率较高的漆渣,对螺旋轴、筛网等关键部件进行了设计。以水性漆漆渣为原料,以漆渣含水率和出料量为考核指标,进行了脱水试验,结果表明:随出口压力增大,漆渣含水率减小,单位时间出料量减少。综合考虑脱水效果和装置运行效率,选定出口压力为0.7MPa,此时,漆渣含水率为54%,出料量为2.2kg/h。该设计能够高效地进行漆渣脱水,使含水率降低幅度约为36%,有助于钣金喷漆企业降低危废处理成本,减少循环水损失。

Abstract: A screw extruder was developed to treat paint slag by extrusion, which is a solid-liquid separation method to reduce the moisture content of paint slag. The design of the key components such as screw shaft and screen was carried out. The moisture content and discharge amount of paint slag were used as assessment indicators for a dehydration experiment with water-based paint slag as raw material. As the outlet pressure increased, the moisture content and discharge amount per unit time of paint slag decreased, according to the results. The outlet pressure was set to 0.7 MPa, considering both the dehydration effect and device operation efficiency. The moisture content of paint slag was 54% and the discharge amount was 2.2 kg/h at this point. By reducing the moisture content by about 36%, the screw extruder can dehydrate paint slag efficiently, which reduces hazardous waste treatment costs and circulating water loss for sheet metal spraying enterprises.
