Automated Application of Blasting Vibration Monitoring in Henan Wuyue Pumped Storage Power Station

摘要: 为确保隧洞开挖过程中爆破施工不会对周围民用建筑物的安全和稳定产生影响,基于网络测振仪研发了1套爆破振动自动化监测系统。该系统采用了先进的传感器技术、高效的数据处理算法及智能的交互界面,可以实时采集和分析爆破振动数据。通过该系统,可以实时掌握爆破振动数据的变化情况,为相关单位提供准确、可靠的反馈信息,进而保障施工安全、提高施工效率。该自动化监测系统在河南五岳抽水蓄能电站的隧洞开挖施工中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract: To ensure that the blasting construction during tunnel excavation does not affect the safety and stability of surrounding civil buildings, an automated blasting vibration monitoring system was developed based on network blasting vibration logger. The system uses advanced sensor technology, efficient data processing algorithms and intelligent interactive interfaces to collect and analyze vibration data in real time. Through this system, real-time monitoring of changes in blasting vibration data can be achieved, providing accurate and reliable feedback information to relevant units, thereby ensuring construction safety and improving construction efficiency. This automated monitoring system played an important role in the tunnel excavation construction in Henan Wuyue Pumped Storage Power Station.
