某图书馆D栋超限高层建筑抗震分析与研究

Seismic Analysis and Research of Out-of-code High-rise Building D in a Library

摘要: 某图书馆D栋采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,结构存在平面扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、构件间断、其他不规则(局部穿层柱)等不规则项,属于超限高层结构,结合其特点,需对其进行结构抗震分析与研究。采用PMSAP和Midas gen两种软件对结构在多遇地震作用下进行反应谱分析,两种软件的周期、基底剪力、最大层间位移角、楼层位移等各项计算结果十分相近。采用PMSAP软件对结构在设防地震作用下进行构件性能分析,剪力墙、框架柱和框架梁均能满足抗剪弹性、抗弯不屈服的预期性能水准。采用SAUSAGE软件对结构在罕遇地震作用下进行了动力弹塑性分析,确保主体结构抗震安全性。研究结果表明,结合其加强措施和专项分析,该结构整体设计满足规范要求。

Abstract: Reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system of building D of a library, the structure has irregular terms such as plane torsional irregularity, partial discontinuity of floor slab, discontinuity of components and other irregularity(local cross-layer columns), is an out-of-code high-rise structure. Combined with its characteristics, it is necessary to carry out structural seismic analysis and research. PMSAP and Midas Gen software were used to analyze the response spectrum of the structure under the action of multiple earthquakes, the calculation results of period,baseshear,maximum story drift ratio and floor displacement of the two software were very similar.PMSAP software was used to analyze the performance of structural components under earthquake protection, and the shear wall,frame column and frame beam all met the expected performance level of shear elasticity,bending resistance and non-yield.SAUSAGE software was used for dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the structure under rare earthquake, ensure the seismic safety of the main structure. The research results show that the structure design meets the requirements of the code in combination with strengthening measures and special analysis.
