摘要： 随着河北高等教育快速发展,河北各高校进行了大规模的基础建设,然而有限的财政经费来源让各高校捉襟见肘,寻求多元化的融资渠道迫在眉睫。文中在调研河北高校融资现状的同时,分析京津冀一体化变革给给河北教育带来的深层次影响,提出适合于河北高校基础建设的融资模式。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Hebei＇s higher education,universities in Hebei have carried out large-scale infrastructure construction.However,the limited financial resources lead to the shortage of funds,and it is extremely urgent to seek diversified financing channels.In this paper,the current financing state of Hebei universities is investigated,the deep impact on Hebei education of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei reform is analyzed,and suitable financing models for the infrastructure construction of Hebei universities are proposed.
