大口径球阀球体工艺方案的分析

摘要: 为保证球体加工精度和表面质量符合图纸设计要求,使阀门获得优异的密封性能和低操作扭矩,延长阀门的使用寿命,文中介绍了利用顶尖孔作为球体车削和磨削同一定位基准,通过制定合理的加工工艺,确保加工件的形位公差和位置精度均达到图纸设计要求。

Abstract: In order to guarantee the spheroid machining accuracy and surface quality to meet the requirements of the drawing design,make the valve gain excellent sealing performance and low operating torque,and prolong the service life of the valve,this paper introduces that the top hole is used as the same positioning benchmark for the ball turning and grinding,the reasonable processing technique is developed to ensure the tolerance and position accuracy of the workpiece to meet the drawing requirements.
