摘要： 文中探讨了在构建学习型社会大背景下,高校图书馆如何有效开展社会化服务。首先从叙述国内外高校图书馆社会化服务的发展进程和现状入手,解读了国内高校图书馆社会化服务的研究热点,分析了高校图书馆在社会化服务中应承担的角色,并根据以上剖析分别从打造社会教育中心、为企业提供专题服务、为政府提供智库服务等角度提出了行之有效的社会化服务模式及相应的服务运行保障机制。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to effectively carry out socialized service in university library under the background of constructing learning society.Beginning from the narrative development process and status quo of domestic and foreign university libraries＇socialized service,this paper interprets the research hotspot of domestic university libraries＇socialized service,and analyzes the role the university libraries should take in the socialized service.And according to the above analysis,respectively from the aspects of building society education center,providing enterprises with special service and providing government with think-tank services,the paper proposes the effective social service mode and the corresponding service safeguard mechanism.
