摘要: 基于对市域(郊)铁路特点、桥梁结构体系、梁型及其施工方法的分析,提出了市域铁路桥梁选型思路和原则。并以天津市第一条市域铁路项目—天津中心城区至静海市域(郊)铁路首开段工程为例,总结归纳了大跨度连续梁桥上部结构悬臂浇筑施工关键技术,尤其对0#块支架预压方法、墩梁临时固结措施、预应力智能张拉工艺、管道智能压浆工艺以及挂篮预压方法进行了详细说明,这对于指导我国市域(郊)铁路大跨度连续箱梁桥设计和建造具有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of urban (suburban) railways, bridge structural systems, girder types, and construction methods, the ideas and principles oftype selection for urban (suburban) railway bridges were proposed. And taking the first urban (suburban) railway project in Tianjin-the first sectionengineering of urban (suburban) railway project from downtown to Jinghai in Tianjin as an example, the key technologies of cantilever casting construction for the upper structure of large-span continuous girder bridge were summarized. In particular, the preloading method of construction bracket for 0# block, temporary consolidation measures between pier and girder, intelligentstretching technology of prestress, intelligent grouting process of prestressing duct and preloading method of construction hanging basket were explained in detail. This has an important reference significance for guiding the design and construction of large-span continuous box girder bridge in the urban (suburban) railways in China.
