摘要: 为进一步提高混凝土快速冻融装置的可靠性与实用性,采用西门子200SMART系列PLC与组态王软件相结合的方式构建控制系统,其下位机由PLC、温度传感器、接触器及电源电路组成,以热电阻模块AR04及温度传感器PT100采集混凝土试件及周边液体温度;上位机软件基于组态王软件开发,可实现设置循环次数、设置自动加热/制冷温度限值、各通道温度采集与记录、查看历史数据及曲线等功能。经测算,数据精度达到±0.1℃,相比一般仪器提高了精度等级,增加了温度采集记录、查看历史数据及曲线等实用功能,满足了科研、质监等需求。试验结果表明,装置可靠性高,实用性强,可为用户提供准确历史数据与曲线,为进一步数据分析奠定基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability and practicability of the concrete fast freeze-thaw test system, the control system is constructed by Siemens 200SMART series PLC and KingView software. It is composed of PLC, temperature sensors, contactor and power circuit in the slave system, in which the temperature of concrete sample and surrounding liquid are collected by the AR04 module and temperature sensor PT100. Meanwhile, the host system is based on KingView software, which can set cycle times and temperature limit of automatic heating / cooling, record the temperature of each channel, and view the historical data and curves, etc. After calculation, the data accuracy has been improved by two grades, and the function of recording temperature and viewing historical data are developed, which can meet the needs of scientific research and quality supervision. The test results show that the system has high reliability and strong practicability. It can provide users with accurate historical data and curves, and lay a foundation for further data analysis.
