预应力混凝土空心板梁粘贴钢板与碳纤维板加固效果试验研究

Experimental Study on Reinforcement Effect of Concrete Prestressed Hollow Slab with Steel Plate and Carbon Fiber

摘要: 为研究预应力混凝土板梁加固效果,通过室内静力载荷试验对粘贴钢板和碳纤维板加固的预应力空心板梁承载特性进行了分析,综合分析了预应力空心板梁跨中挠度、受拉区钢筋应变和梁腹部裂缝变化,以此评价粘贴钢板与碳纤维板的加固效果。结果表明:与未加固的预应力空心板梁相比,粘贴钢板和碳纤维板加固的板梁可有效减小梁体跨中挠度和受拉区钢筋应变,并有效抑制梁腹部裂缝扩展;加固预应力空心板梁的跨中挠度、受拉区钢筋应变和腹部裂缝减小幅度随荷载增大而逐渐增大,相同荷载下粘贴钢板比粘贴碳纤维板加固预应力空心板梁能更有效减小梁体跨中挠度、受拉区钢筋应变和抑制梁腹部裂缝开展,表明粘贴钢板加固预应力空心板梁的加固效果优于粘贴碳纤维板加固。

Abstract: In order to analyze the reinforced effect of prestressed hollow slab,comparative analysis for reinforcement effect of common highway concrete prestressed hollow slab with steel plate or carbon fiber were conducted by laboratory loading test.Herein the deflection,strain of steel and cracks have been used to evaluate the reinforcement effect.The test results show that compared with unreinforced prestressed hollow slab,steel plate and carbon fiber reinforced prestressed hollow slab can effectively reduce the deflection and cracks of hollow slab and strain of steel.The change proportion of the deflection and cracks of reinforced hollow slab and strain of steel increases with the load increase.Under the same load,steel plate reinforced prestressed hollow slab can more effectively reduce the deflection and cracks of hollow slab and strain of steel than carbon fiber reinforced prestressed hollow slab,indicating that the reinforcement effect of steel plate is better than carbon fiber.
