摘要: 高压变频系统是火电厂成本控制、节能降耗的重要载体,但随着运行时间的增加,变频元器件劣化导致的所属重要辅机故障跳闸,严重影响发电机组的安全稳定运行。文中从某项目公司现役8台高压变频器在实际运行过程中出现的问题出发,对项目中高压变频系统核心部件的劣化情况进行了分析,确定了合理的治理时间,并根据实际情况制定了治理方案,有效节约了检修成本及人工成本。经过2年的运行,未出现因高压变频系统故障导致的重要辅机跳闸现象,该案例为电厂重要高压变频系统劣化后什么时间治理、如何治理提供了参考。

Abstract: High voltage frequency conversion system is an important carrier for cost control,energy saving and consumption reduction in thermal power plant.However,with the increase of running time,the failure of the subordinate important auxiliary machine caused by the deterioration of frequency conversion components has seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the generator set.Starting from the problems in the actual operation of 8high-voltage inverters in service in a project company,this paper analyzes the deterioration of the core components of the high-voltage inverter system in the project company.The measures taken during the process such as determingning the reasonable treatment time and formulating the treatment plan according to the actual situation effectively save the maintenance cost and labor cost.It has been more than two years after the treatment,and there is no important auxiliary machinery tripping phenomenon caused by the failure of hv frequency conversion system.This case provides a reference for the treatment of HV frequency conversion system degradation in power plants.
