摘要: 设计了一款基于iFIX的机加工生产线MES系统,用于提升生产效率和优化管理流程。通过对现有系统的深入分析和需求评估,确立了MES系统的功能架构,包括关键的数据采集、实时监控、智能调度和报警报告模块,开发集成后的系统实现了对机加工设备的监控和高效数据交互。通过模拟生产环境和数据测试,系统稳定性和可靠性得到了充分验证,该MES系统能实时监控生产线状态,提高生产计划准确性,优化资源配置,为智能制造提供了强有力的支持。

Abstract: This research has successfully designed and implemented an iFIX-based MES system for machining production lines, focusing on enhancing production efficiency and streamlining management processes. After thorough analysis and demand assessment of existing systems, this study establishes the functional architecture of the MES system, including key modules such as data acquisition, real-time monitoring, intelligent scheduling, and alarm reporting. The developed and integrated system achieves efficient data interaction with and monitoring of machining equipment. Through simulated production environments and data testing, the system’s stability and reliability have been fully validated. The MES system can now monitor the production line status in real time, improve the accuracy of production planning, optimize resource allocation, and provide strong support for intelligent manufacturing.
