某造纸企业水平衡测试及节水评价

摘要: 随着最严格水资源管理制度的不断实施,对造纸企业节水工作提出了新的要求,亟须通过开展水平衡测试工作以深度挖掘企业的节水潜力。文中提出了造纸企业的水平衡测试方法,对测试单元进行了划分,并结合实测结果,对企业用水情况、用水水平进行了分析研究,找出存在的问题并提出了针对性的改进措施和建议。结果表明:1)该企业造纸用水工艺设备效率与同行业相比较为先进、系统运行状态良好,计量水表基本齐全;2)该企业吨牛皮箱板纸取水量、用水重复利用率、间接冷却水循环率、冷凝水的回用率、达标排放率等指标均符合《节水型企业评价导则》等文件的要求,在同类企业中均处于中上水平。文中分析结果可为造纸企业挖掘节水潜力、提高用水效率以及优化管理提供有效思路和建议。

Abstract: With the continuous implementation of the strictest water resource management system, new requirements have been put forward for water-saving work in paper-making enterprises. It is urgent to carry out water balance testing to deeply explore the water-saving potential of enterprises. This article proposes a water balance testing method for paper-making enterprises, divides the testing units, and studies the water-using situation and level of the enterprise based on the measured results. Present problems are identified, and targeted improvement measures are proposed. The results show that:1)The efficiency of the paper-making water process equipment is advanced compared with that of the same industry, the systems are functional, and the water meters for measurement are equiped complete. 2)All the indicators of water intake per ton of kraft cardboard, water reuse rate, indirect cooling water circulation rate, condensate water reuse rate, and standard discharge rate, all fit in the “Guidelines for the Evaluation of Water saving Enterprises”. Mentioned indicators are at an upper-middle level among similar enterprises. The research results can provide effective suggestions for paper-making enterprises to tap into water-saving potential, improve water efficiency, and optimize management.
