Comprehensive Detection of Anti-abrasion Concrete Structure of Stilling Basin of Water Conservancy Hub

摘要: 为对某水利枢纽消力池底板抗冲磨混凝土结构质量进行综合评估,联合使用物探、钻芯及室内试验技术进行综合检测,依次完成各检测点定位、取芯、编录、钻孔全景数字成像、芯样物理力学性质试验,以微损方式获得混凝土结构芯样表观、波速、密度、吸水率、抗压强度等特征数据,并基于设计、规范要求,对全部检测数据进行综合分析,结果为:上部抗冲磨混凝土不合格,底部混凝土合格。该综合检测技术应用效果显著,可为同类型工程质量评估提供科学依据和借鉴。

Abstract: To comprehensively evaluate the quality of the anti-abrasion concrete structure in the bottom plate of stilling basin of a hydrojunction, we combine geophysical exploration, core drilling, and indoor testing techniques for comprehensive testing. We sequentially complete the positioning, core sampling, recording, panoramic digital imaging of boreholes, and physical and mechanical property testing of core samples, to obtain data on the appearance, wave velocity, density, water absorption, and compressive strength characteristics of concrete structure core samples in a small-invasive manner. Based on design and regulatory requirements, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on all testing data, and the results show that the upper anti-abrasion concrete is unqualified and the bottom concrete meets standards. The application effect of this integrated detection is significant, providing scientific basis for quality assessment and can serve as a reference for similar projects.
