Orthogonal Test-based Design of Mix Proportions for Plant Concrete

摘要: 文中采用正交试验法探讨了目标孔隙率、水灰比、外加剂掺量和纤维掺量4个因素对植生混凝土28d抗压和抗折强度的影响。通过极差分析和多因素方差分析,确定了各因素的最佳水平组合。研究发现,这些因素显著影响植生混凝土的28d强度。最优配合比为目标孔隙率20%,水灰比0.28,外加剂掺量3‰,纤维掺量2‰,在此配合比下,植生混凝土的28d抗压强度和抗折强度分别达到18.7MPa和4.2MPa,同时具备良好的植生性能和满足规范要求的抗冻性能。

Abstract: This study employed the orthogonal test method to investigate the effects of target porosity, water-cement ratio, admixture dosage, and fiber content on the 28d compressive and flexural strengths of vegetation concrete. By using range analysis and multi-factor variance analysis, the optimal levels of each factor were determined. The results indicated that these factors significantly influenced the 28d strengths of vegetation concrete. The optimal mix ratio was found to be: target porosity of 20%, water-cement ratio of 0.28, admixture dosage of 3‰, and fiber content of 2‰. At this mix ratio, the 28-day compressive and flexural strengths of the vegetation concrete reached 18.7 MPa and 4.2 MPa, respectively, while also exhibiting good vegetation performance and meeting the required standards for frost resistance.
