热再生路面病害分析及Mtn就地热再生施工技术研究

摘要: 文中对河北省新元高速公路K291+250-K315+085表面层病害状况和热再生路面各项技术指标进行统计分析,对就地热再生施工技术要点进行总结。高速公路上面层专项养护工程可以采用就地热再生施工工艺,充分使用废旧铣刨料,通过掺加5%~7%(再生剂掺量为铣刨废料中沥青含量的5%~7%)Mtn改性再生剂、20%新拌合改性沥青混合料(铣刨料与新掺料的掺配比例为铣刨料∶新掺料=80∶20),通过加热机组的加热,使得经过“现场加工”新沥青混合料满足路面提升技术要求。摊铺、压实后,路面整体质量达到合格标准,满足通车条件。该施工工艺技术成熟、安全可靠、节能环保,满足国家低碳、经济等要求,为高速公路路面专项养护就地热再生工艺提供施工参考和依据。

Abstract: In this paper, the surface layer diseases of K291+250-K315+085 Xinyuan Expressway in Hebei province and the technical indicators of thermal regeneration pavement were statistically analyzed, and the key technical points of geothermal regeneration construction were summarized. the special maintenance project on the upper layer of the highway can adopt the geothermal regeneration construction technology, make full use of waste milling material, by adding 5% ~ 7% (the content of regenerator is 5% ~ 7% of the asphalt content in the milling waste) Mtn modified regenerator, 20% newly mixed modified asphalt mixture (the blending ratio of milling material and new additive is milling material: new additive =80∶20), through the heating unit heating, so that after the “field processing” of the new asphalt mixture to meet the technical requirements of road upgrading. After paving and compacting, the overall quality of the road reaches the qualified standard and meets the traffic conditions. the construction technology is mature, safe and reliable, energy saving and environmental protection, meets the national requirements of low carbon and economy, and provides construction reference and basis for the special maintenance of highway pavement geothermal regeneration technology.
