Abstract: At present, domestic education has begun to popularize online learning mode on a large scale. However, many existing online learning platforms gradually appear the problem of excessive entertainment and social seriousness, which seriously violatesthe original intention of the birth of online learning platforms. In addition, the platform has relatively limited functions, making it difficult to comprehensively manage the learning status of users, and there is also a considerable shortage of products on the market that meet users'needs. Therefore, this paper designs and develops a mobile self-study room platform based on SpringBoot and Uni-App frameworks, which is specially designed to provide users with learning state management services. The main functions of the platform include five functional modules: self-study state management, learning dynamic management, leaderboard, notepad, and user information management. The platform can provide users with a series of learning state management services to help them develop a good learning self-control, cultivate students' independent learning ability, and improve learning efficiency.
