天津市某广场商业空间激活与再生策略研究

Research on the Activation and Regeneration Strategy of a Commercial Space in a Square in Tianjin

摘要: 随着城市的不断发展和完善,城市旧有空间的更新和改造逐渐成为无法回避的问题,包括城市部分区域的再开发、城市设施与建筑的整治改善、历史街区与建筑的保护与再利用、城市社区空间微更新等。同时,在城市更新的实践层面也有许多不同类型和方向,具有各自的独特性,如城市工业遗产的利用与转型、城市商业空间的激活再生、城市文化空间的更新改造等,应对不同类型的更新改造,具体的策略方法都会有所不同。但最终的目的都是为了使得这些空间能够满足现在及未来的使用需求,改善空间品质,优化体验,提升区域活力激活业态,拉动经济增长和推动城市发展等。文中从艺术设计角度,结合天津市某广场商业空间的激活与再生案例,提出了新的更新策略,并指出了更新激活过程中的难点及艺术设计内容运营的重要性。

Abstract: With the continuous development and improvement of cities, the renewal and renovation of old urban spaces have gradually become an unavoidable problem, including the redevelopment of certain urban areas, the improvement of urban facilities and buildings, the protection and reuse of historical blocks and buildings, and the micro renewal of urban community spaces. At the same time, there are many different types and directions in the practical level of urban renewal, each with its own uniqueness, such as the utilization and transformation of urban industrial heritage, the activation and regeneration of urban commercial space, and the renewal and transformation of urban cultural space. The specific strategies and methods for dealing with different types of updates and renovations will vary. But the ultimate goal is to enable these spaces to meet current and future usage needs, improve spatial quality, optimize experience, enhance regional vitality, drive economic growth, and drive urban development. From the perspective of art and design, combined with the case of activation and regeneration of a commercial space in a square in Tianjin, the article proposes the difficulties in the process of updating and activating, as well as the importance of operating art and design content.
