跨高速公路挂篮施工的工艺及安全防护措施探讨

摘要: 在公路桥梁建设中,挂篮施工技术已被广泛应用,但在一些特殊地理环境下,该方法仍需要克服各种各样的困难挑战。依据一个上跨高速公路桥梁施工的案例,详细介绍了该项目的挂篮设计方案、挂篮安装步骤、挂篮施工流程,并对上跨高速公路施工时的安全防护措施进行了探讨。结果表明:在跨高速范围施工时,对中跨挂篮采用防护支架加防护网的方式进行密封,同时在挂篮主体下方设置兜底防护平台,可以有效避免钢筋头、螺栓、螺帽、灰浆等零碎散料落入行车道,防止发生高速交通安全事故。通过对挂篮施工工艺以及安全防护措施的探讨,为类似的工程项目建设提供了解决方法和思路。

Abstract: In the construction of highway bridges, the hanging basket construction technology has been widely used, but in some special geographical environments, this method still needs to overcome various difficulties and challenges. This article provides a detailed introduction to the design scheme, installation steps, and construction process of the hanging basket for an overpass highway bridge construction case, and explores the safety protection measures during the construction of the overpass highway. The results indicate that during the construction of the cross highway range, protective brackets and protective nets are used to seal the mid span hanging basket. At the same time, a bottom protection platform is set under the main body of the hanging basket, which can effectively prevent scattered materials such as steel reinforcement heads, bolts and nuts, mortar, welding electrodes, welding sparks, small tools, etc. from falling into the traffic lane and prevent high-speed traffic safety accidents. By exploring the construction process and safety protection measures of hanging baskets in this article, solutions and ideas are provided for similar engineering project construction difficulties.
