摘要: 为探索河北省农村饮水安全信息化建设模式,解决由于河北省农村水资源条件普遍较为复杂,人口居住分散,供水设施总体水平与城市仍有较大差距,管理工作中仍存在费工、费钱、低效的问题,实现信息化,体现一体化及现代化,研究小组联合专业技术开发团队采用“内外对比,补短聚力”的思路,提出了工作总体框架及平台功能框架,并在此基础上采用“互联网+”的方式搭建信息化管理平台。该研究与全面建成小康社会的要求相适应,对改善提升农村饮水安全工程建管水平具有非常重要的实际意义。

Abstract: In order to explore the information construction mode of rural drinking water safety in Hebei Province, solve the problems of relatively complex water resource conditions, dispersed population, significant gap between the overall level of water supply facilities and cities, and labor-intensive, costly, and inefficient management work in rural areas. the research team and professional technical team adopt the idea of “comparing internal and external factors to supplement cohesion”, put forward the overall work framework and platform functional framework, and on this basis, build an information management platform in the way of “Internet plus” to achieve informationization and reflect integration and modernization. This study is in line with the requirements of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and has very important practical significance for improving the construction and management level of rural drinking water safety projects.
