高质量发展背景下产业结构优化对电力消费的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Industrial Structure Optimization on Power Consumption under the Background of High Quality Development

摘要: 通过区分产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化的方式,文章利用2003-2018年省级面板数据实证考察了产业结构优化对电力消费的影响,结果表明产业结构合理化和高级化均可实现电力消费总量的削减,但是存在一定的区域异质性,源于沿海地区产业发展阶段的优势,泰尔指数的微弱变动并未引发电力消费的增长,整体呈现负相关关系。基于此,文中提出现阶段需要继续强化产业结构优化,并依托产业结构调整,实现电力消费总量的削减,最终实现结构转型与绿色发展。

Abstract: By distinguishing between the rationalization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,this paper empirically investigated the influence of industrial structure optimization on power consumption by using provincial panel data from 2003to 2018.The results show that the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure can reduce the total electricity consumption,but there is a certain regional heterogeneity.Due to the advantage of industrial development stage in coastal areas,the weak change of the Theil index did not lead to the increase of power consumption,and the overall negative correlation was observed.Based on this,this paper points out that it is necessary to continue to strengthen the optimization of industrial structure at the present stage,and rely on the adjustment of industrial structure,to achieve the reduction of total electric power consumption,and finally to achieve structural transformation and green development.
