高效旋流除尘除雾技术研究与实践

摘要: 针对钢铁、火电、冶炼、建材、砖瓦窑以及涉及湿烟气的各行业除尘除雾设备陈旧与日趋严格的污染物排放标准之间的矛盾,分析此类行业湿烟气的特点,研究出新一代高效旋流除尘除雾系统。该系统可实现现有废气处理设施改造升级,大大提高对废气中雾滴、气溶胶、各种盐类和颗粒物的去除效果,在不新增占地的情况下,既能满足污染物排放标准又能节约投资成本和运行成本,为企业解决实际问题。

Abstract: In view of the contradiction between the old dust removal equipment and the increasingly strict pollutant discharge standard in steel, thermal power, smelting, building materials, brick kiln and wet flue gas industries, and after analyzing the characteristics of the wet flue gas industry, a new generation of efficient cyclone dust removal and fog removal system is studied. The system can be upgraded based on the existing waste gas treatment facilities. The improved system can greatly improve the removal effect of fog droplets, aerosols, various salts and particles in the waste gas. And it can not only meet the emission standards of pollutants but also save the investment cost and operation cost, and solve the practical problems for enterprises without adding land area.
